Juicy without being Sour

This is very good. Have used FA Fuji for some time, but it's Top-notes are often far too strong and bury it's more subtle apple pectin aspects. This apple has all the same qualities minus the tart/sour topnotes and backs that up with solid apple juice flavor. Still very fresh and juicy just plays much better with other flavors.
